What should I bring to class?

We’re excited to welcome you to your first barre class! All necessary equipment will be provided at the studio for your first visit.

Please bring:

A positive attitude ready to embrace the experience!

A water bottle to stay hydrated

A towel for personal use

Can I take a B Present Class while pregnant?

If you’ve been regularly attending B Present classes, continuing during pregnancy can be both safe and beneficial. However, it’s essential to consult your physician before proceeding, as individual circumstances vary.

Please inform your B Present instructors about your pregnancy so they can guide you through appropriate modifications tailored to each stage.

As with any exercise program, if you experience dizziness, faintness, or discomfort during your workout, stop immediately and consult your healthcare provider.

What should I wear?

Opt for comfortable, form-fitting pants, leggings, or capris paired with a workout tank or t-shirt.


What class should I start with?

New to B Present or barre workouts? Our Barre Flight Class is the perfect place to begin. This small group session introduces a mixture of three class variations all at one time, giving you the perfect workout.
