Wellness coaching can be done one-on-one, in a semi-private setting, or as a group. We recommend scheduling an initial consultation to find the best fit for you. Maybe you don’t see the need for a wellness coach at this season in your life, but know someone who could benefit from a coach. Wellness clients do not have to be B Present Studio clients, nor do they have to live in the Michiana area. Coaching can be done remotely. Initially, my mindset was simply about weight loss. As you can see in my before and after pictures, I did just that. But, my transformation on the inside was so much more! I have achieved overall wellness with Gina’s help. After my initial visit, I realized that my life was not in balance. I began to understand that my weight issues were only a part of my total wellbeing. Over the past 6 months, I lost weight, strengthened, firmed and toned my body, but also became a woman with inner-confidence and self-worth.
Physically, I lost more than 2 dress sizes, have improved my lab results and blood pressure to perfect, reduced sugar, eliminated cravings, increased my energy, and have flattened my tummy. I have received compliments from my husband, friends, and co-workers.
With Gina’s constant encouragement, I have connected with positive women in my community. I have become more connected in my faith by volunteering at church, meditating, praying, and journaling—I even joined a women’s Bible Study group.
Through all of these things, I feel much more open and vulnerable. I’ve forgiven and released the chains that have tortured me for more than 30 years of my life. I truly feel free! I am now feeding my spirit instead of my belly.
This 3 month period is the busiest of the year for me, due to tax season, yet because of the changes Carrie has helped me with, I’ve had more energy than I have in 16 tax seasons, along with way fewer migraines. Each week I had small action steps focused around my program goals and she helped me learn how to make lasting changes. Carrie was amazing at knowing exactly what I needed and giving me both the resources and encouragement to make progress.
I am drinking way more water and less coffee, eating healthy and experimenting with a variety of vegetables, exercising regularly (and actually craving it!), and am feeling better both inside and out. I am sleeping better than I have for the last year and feel happier and more at peace than I ever have.

Who? Group coaching is designed for someone who succeeds by working in a team and enjoys being part of group that will help hold them accountable to their goals. Our wellness coaches will help you redesign your life in terms of your health and wellness. If you feel like you are doing the right things but not achieving your desired results, we can help. Our wellness groups are a great opportunity to be part of a community that supports one another on a journey to their best self.
Why? Our group coaching experience is unlike anything you have experienced before. You will learn the main pillars of nutrition, stress-management techniques, and build your confidence. You will walk away from the group coaching program with a new outlook on life. This is not a diet, it is a lifestyle. We will help you create habits around nutrition, stress, and confidence that will be maintainable for the rest of your life.
