Wellness coaching can be done one-on-one, in a semi-private setting, or as a group. We recommend scheduling an initial consultation to find the best fit for you. Wellness clients do not have to be B Present Studio clients, nor do they have to live in the Michiana area. Coaching can be done remotely. Initially, my mindset was simply about weight loss. As you can see in my before and after pictures, I did just that. But, my transformation on the inside was so much more! I have achieved overall wellness with Gina’s help. After my initial visit, I realized that my life was not in balance. I began to understand that my weight issues were only a part of my total wellbeing. Over the past 6 months, I lost weight, strengthened, firmed and toned my body, but also became a woman with inner-confidence and self-worth.

Physically, I lost more than 2 dress sizes, have improved my lab results and blood pressure to perfect, reduced sugar, eliminated cravings, increased my energy, and have flattened my tummy. I have received compliments from my husband, friends, and co-workers.

With Gina’s constant encouragement, I have connected with positive women in my community. I work out almost exclusively at B Present Studio, where I’m not only challenged physically, but spiritually as well. Great things happen there—women support women! I have become more connected in my faith by volunteering at church, meditating, praying, and journaling—I even joined a women’s Bible Study group.

Through all of these things, I feel much more open and vulnerable. I’ve forgiven and released the chains that have tortured me for more than 30 years of my life. I truly feel free! I am now feeding my spirit instead of my belly.

I have noticed so many changes since beginning my 3 month wellness coaching program with Carrie; most notably my general appearance, energy level, and positive outlook. I have lost 20 pounds and developed muscles others have noticed. Even more importantly, people have commented on my happier and healthier frame of mind and outlook.

This 3 month period is the busiest of the year for me, due to tax season, yet because of the changes Carrie has helped me with, I’ve had more energy than I have in 16 tax seasons, along with way fewer migraines. Each week I had small action steps focused around my program goals and she helped me learn how to make lasting changes. Carrie was amazing at knowing exactly what I needed and giving me both the resources and encouragement to make progress.

I am drinking way more water and less coffee, eating healthy and experimenting with a variety of vegetables, exercising regularly (and actually craving it!), and am feeling better both inside and out. I am sleeping better than I have for the last year and feel happier and more at peace than I ever have.

As I look back over the past 6 months, I am amazed at how my life has positively transformed. The biggest tangible change I have noticed since the beginning of my 6 Month Wellness Coaching Program is my approach to food—food has become my medicine. Through Gina’s facilitation, I am proud to share I now eat real, whole foods that have helped me to reduce inflammation in my body.

Prior to the program it was painful to walk on the beach, walk my dogs, go up and down stairs, and even get in and out of the car after a long drive. I no longer experience pain doing any of those things! Previously, I was on medication for high blood pressure, anxiety, and fibromyalgia. I am proud to say that I am off ALL of my medications, have perfect blood work, more energy, lost 15 lbs., and have a leaner and stronger body—with which I can enjoy my life!

Gina has helped me correct some unhealthy mindset habits that I had in my life as well. I used to weigh myself daily and beat myself up, yes daily, about what the scale said, what I did or didn’t do that week, and more. I no longer do any of that. I now listen to my body, observe how clothes fit, and focus on the positive things I do. Gina and B Present Studio, thank you for bringing joy to me and my family. I am forever grateful.

Katy was recommended by a friend as a wellness coach. I made the call to her because I was tired, depressed and needed some motivation with making better choices in my diet. My goals were to have more energy and feel more confident in my body and to lose weight. Katy made me realize, I am more than the number on the scale. She provided exercises that made me think about my gifts, positive character traits and loving my body.  Yes, this body that birthed 3 children, that is in transition into menopause. Katy helped me believe in myself again, to see myself in a more positive light.   After our 3 month program, I can choose healthier items to snack on and eat, I am exercising more often and I am not obsessing about calories or food!  For me, that has been a MIND set change and one that has brought more peace in my life.  Because of this mindset and making small changes in my diet I am feeling more energy and feeling better than I have in months. I have gained  knowledge to help me grocery shop and to feed my family. Katy also helped me realize balance in my life: it is ok to have a small piece of chocolate; I now understand the word moderation and that it is ok to indulge once in awhile.

I would recommend Katy as a wellness coach.  She is very patient with answering questions and explaining how food is helpful to us and how some foods can also be harmful to us. She is full of suggestions and encouragement!

Who? Group coaching is designed for someone who succeeds by working in a team and enjoys being part of group that will help hold them accountable to their goals. Our wellness coaches will help you redesign your life in terms of your health and wellness. If you feel like you are doing the right things but not achieving your desired results, we can help. Our wellness groups are a great opportunity to be part of a community that supports one another on a journey to their best self.

Why? Our group coaching experience is unlike anything you have experienced before. You will learn the main pillars of nutrition, stress-management techniques, and build your confidence. You will walk away from the group coaching program with a new outlook on life. This is not a diet, it is a lifestyle. We will help you create habits around nutrition, stress, and confidence that will be maintainable for the rest of your life.
