Scheduling

B Present encourages clients to make reservations in advance through our online scheduler to secure their spot in class. We will always do our best to accommodate walk–ins.

Arrival

New clients are asked to arrive fifteen minutes prior to class to allow ample time to fill out a liability release form and share limitations and/or injuries with the instructor. Existing clients are encouraged to come at least five minutes before class to get set up and be in place for warm-up.

Cancellations / Wait List

  • Classes fill up quickly at B Present Studio. Cancellations must be done more than twelve hours in advance for classes that start between the hours of 5:00 am – 8:00 am and two hours in advance for all other classes or you will be charged a $15 late cancellation fee.
  • Failure to show up for a class you’ve reserved a spot for will also result in a $15 no show fee.
  • If you have a 10 class pack and fail to show up to a class or cancel less than 2 hours prior to the class, you will lose your class credit. If you have a monthly membership, you will be charged a $15 late cancel fee.
  • Don’t be afraid of the wait list. A majority of all wait listed clients get into class. You will be notified by email if you are on a wait list — it is your responsibility to check your email.
  • 10 class packs expire 90 days from purchase date.
